Due to the continued expansion and internal promotions Cymraeg Vending is now looking for a full time office administrator.

Requirements

The person

Following the initial training period you will need to work with minimal supervision, as a result you will need to be self-motivated and well organised with a polite manor.

We expect all our staff to take ownership of their duties with and attitude of what ever it take!


Job Description

* importing data entry roles, including updating records

* General office skills

* Invoices & statements

* Excel spread sheets

* Purchase ledger

* Sale ledger

* Stock and orders.

* Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, email etc

* Handling Managing office & Staff work flow

* occasionally opening and closing the office


Prerequires : -

* Must have good communication skills

* Reliable

* Trustworthy

* Must have good numeracy skills

* Must have good illiteracy skills
