The Challenge

This Cardiff-based medical equipment manufacturer required a full upgrade of its existing vending provision. With a large workforce spread across two buildings, the business needed:

• Reliable coffee machines

• Snack and cold drinks vending

• Fresh food options

• Improved staff kitchen hydration facilities

The objective was to modernise the refreshment offer while ensuring consistent service across both buildings.

The Solution

Cymraeg Vending delivered a comprehensive, fully operated vending solution tailored to the site’s scale and structure.

The installation included:

• 3 x Evoca Maestro Direct coffee machines

• 2 x Evoca Swing combination snack and drink machines

• 2 x Evoca Festival fresh food carousel machines

All machines were installed under an operated contract, meaning Cymraeg Vending manages stocking, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance.

To further enhance staff facilities, the site also installed:

• 6 x water coolers

• 6 x water boilers

These were distributed across multiple staff kitchens to ensure easy access to hydration and hot water throughout both buildings.

Installation Process

The project was completed efficiently over two days:

Day 1: Installation of water coolers and water boilers across kitchen areas

Day 2: Installation and commissioning of freestanding vending and coffee machines

The phased approach ensured minimal disruption to daily operations.
